ABOUT US
Davroc is a Canadian-owned consulting engineering firm comprised of Building Science Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Hydro Geologists, Environmental Scientists, Materials Testing and Inspection Technologists, Project Managers and Specialists providing a full range of services in connection with the construction, assessment, maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings and structures.
Our organization was founded in 1987, by Principals, David Cousins P.Eng. and Rocco Liscio, M.Eng., P.Eng., and expanded in 1995 with the addition of the firm's third Principal, Sal Fasullo, CET. Davroc also owns and operates a CSA, CCIL, and MTO accredited materials testing laboratory, which performs materials and construction-related testing services for public and private Clients. Since inception, Davroc's consulting and testing Clients have grown to include government agencies, municipalities, public institutions, private owners, developers, contractors, architectural firms, and other engineers.

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING, HYDROGEOLOGICAL STUDIES & ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
Our geotechnical team investigates subsurface conditions to assist clients determine soil and rock properties as well as groundwater conditions and assess the risks associated with site conditions to facilitate the design for earthworks and foundations.
Davroc’s hydrogeological team works closely with the geotechnical and environmental teams to provide groundwater control systems.
Environmental engineering services may be needed as part of regulatory requirements by lenders and financing partners, including Phase I and Phase II ESA’s. Davroc will assist with these requirements .. learn more
